Sylvie Steinbach offers private sessions on any pre-arranged day (week or week-end), in person or over the phone. Since no same day appointment will be considered, it is important you provide adequate notice to set up a reading time that will synchronize your availability with her business hours: 11 am to 6 pm California time (pacific standard time). Her office location is in Los Angeles U.S.A.
Anyone interested in a session should read the following information:
First time clients or referred clients should connect by using the office number embedded in this page and listen carefully to the outgoing instructions; international clients should contact Sylvie using her email address: sylviesteinbachatyahoo.com with various appointment times/days wishes (note that all foreign clients must prepay their session using paypal system). Clients should add how long they want to book for and where they are from. Unless you are living abroad, sessions are paid after completion only. Sylvie reserves the right to refuse business or to short a session for whatever reason (payment may be forfaited or charged according to the actual time spent)
It is important that clients respect our cancellation policy: If you book a session and cancel within 24 hour of your reading time, the session is considered owed in full; it means that you will have to pay for the missed session for whatever length it was reserved for. If you had already paid, no refund will be issued. So it is essential that you cancel or reschedule 24 hours before your appointment.
Clients should be ponctual but not early as another client may be finishing a session for example. A 15 minute buffer between reading times allows room in case of bad traffic but if you are late beyond 15 minutes, your session may be shorten or you may have to pay for the extra time provided. Phone clients are asked to call on time the phone number that was provided to them when they made their appointment.
Our reading fees have remained untouched the past 4 years to accomodate most budgets; this requires keeping our operating costs to a minimum. This site relies on Godaddy sponsorship to be hosted for free. In addition, checks are no longer an accepted form of payment to prevent the costly risk of NSF fees. Instead we offer Visa and MC payment options to make our services more convenient and we are proud of our outstanding business record with no claim and charge back ever in 8 years! Some of our loyal clients have been reading with Sylvie for 18 years...
So in order for each client to have the best experience during the session, we recommend that you record your session by bringing what is needed (digital or tape+recorder) or by taking a friend to write notes.
For astrological sessions, birth information necessary to set up the charts must be provided ahead of time so contact Sylvie first for instructions. Karmic Astrology sessions must be recorded as they cover a lifetime!
FEES
50 U.S. dollars per half hour (minimum time you can book), which is 100 dollars for one hour for example. Astrological sessions (minimum one hour) can go 90 minutes or more so we accept Visa and Mastercard payments but CASH is highly appreciated. No check please!

Workshops, vacation and other special assignments could be the reason why she can't call you back. Usually an outgoing message will say so but a lot of people do not pay attention and miss the info. Sometimes, the voicemail does not forward (mercury retrograde or tech problems) so do leave another message once more; it usually does make a difference!

The additional work involved to clear those kind of problems requires too much time and efforts, making such a service not so cost effective.
