In order to take fully advantage of your interactions with Sylvie Steinbach, it is important that you specify what kind of  sessions  you are interested in. Life coaching is based on an hourly rate and is usually a monthly or bi-monthly occurence. Karmic astrology requires the knowledge of your date of birth but most importantly of your time of birth as exact as possible with the location. If one of those information is wrong or unknown, such a reading won't be possible or would become too  inaccurate. A karmic astrology session takes a minimum of one hour session.

Intuitive sessions are done by reserving a specific amount of time starting by a half hour, the minimum you can book for. Sessions can be performed over the phone (70% of Sylvie's clients use that method) without loosing their quality. Please note that there in no free following after a psychic/medium, karmic or intuitive coaching session. Sylvie does not remember the information provided when she is 'in the psychic mode' so she cannot recall any details or re-explain any of her insights once the reading is completed.  If you need to re-visit a topic, Sylvie will have to use her abilities again to find your answers, thus making it another reading and requiring appropriate compensation.

So it is important that clients organize their thoughts by keeping a list of questions to be asked during the reading. Furthermore  Sylvie strongly suggests that clients bring a digital recorder (or tapes/recorder) or to bring a writing buddy to record on paper everything being said...It is the client's responsibility to record the details (no video recorder allowed!) so he/she can refer to it whenever it is needed.

Here are some guidelines to help you decide how long you would need:

   Half hours are for people on the budget who need some guidance and few questions answered. Because half hour can go by very quickly Sylvie insists that each client prepares their questions by order of priority to make that time with her more productive. Although a good value, a half hour reading does not promise to answer all questions because of its limited time. 

   One hour and plus are available as well. A "one hour" session is a very good length to assure all questions and topics will be addressed. It is a minimum length requirement for a karmic astrology reading and medium inquiry. Clients have the option to book for longer period if justified depending on the type of work required or to complete a specific inquiry.

As of 2010, her fees are:

- 1/2 hour minimum: $50 - 45 mn: $75 - 1 hour: $100
- coaching: $100 per hour         

Fees are the same for "in person" or "over the phone".  A "24 hour cancellation" policy is applied: last minute cancellations are considered missed appointments and therefore may be charged accordingly. Sylvie Steinbach is usually book several days ahead, sometimes up to a week. She does not take "last minute"/same day appointments unless she is available (and the client is very flexible) so you should always call with multiple choices of days and times. Her work schedule is set for any day of the week or week end from 11am to 6pm california time (last appointment is set for 6pm).Visa and Mastercard payments are accepted. No check payment please.

Sylvie Steinbach also advises her clientele to only come back every 2/3 months. This gives enough time and perspective for the client to work their challenges and go through his/her life without co-dependancy. For coaching clients, she usually suggests once a month session to review the results and maintain momentum.
